Personal injury attorney
Originally from Ridgeland, Mississippi, Suzanne has been practicing personal injury law since 2016 and is committed to helping people who have been injured due to other’s negligence. Ever since Suzanne was a young girl, she hoped to have a career that would allow her to help people. She said, “I chose personal injury law, because I am able to help clients in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. It certainly has its challenges, but I find that it is extremely rewarding to go home every day knowing I am fighting for people when they need it the most.”
Suzanne likes to approach her cases individually and knows that no two cases are the same, she said “while the facts of the case are extremely important, so is the story that each party has to tell.” She went on to say, “I like to take a holistic approach considering all the facts, the personalities of the parties and synergistically how each individual’s version of the story will present in front of a jury.”
She believes that McDivitt’s compassion and professionalism is what sets us apart, “I have worked in several large personal injury firms over the course of my career,” she said, “I chose the McDivitt Law Firm, because the firm not only genuinely cares about the outcome of their client’s cases, but they are also invested in making sure they are doing everything they can to ensure each client’s experience is as pleasant as possible even though the underlying situation may be extremely difficult.”
Since moving to Colorado, she has enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, biking, running, and doing yoga. In her free time Suzanne loves spending time with her friends and family and of course her dog Lola.
