McDivitt is a family-owned law firm that has been in Colorado for more than four decades. We now have more than 80 team members, five offices throughout the state, and we likely have a location near where you live.
While we are a law firm, we also have a robust business supporting our legal team, including a training department, a marketing department, an accounting department, and an IT department. No matter what you’re looking to do, here we have many opportunities for advancing your career.

What’s the work environment like at McDivitt?
We aren’t going to sugar-coat it: our team members work hard. We don’t have time to waste when peoples’ lives and well-being are at stake. But because our team is large enough, it means we can continue to support and work for our clients, even when we take breaks to bond and enjoy each other’s company. Through a weekly team huddle, monthly team appreciation events, and two annual all-firm parties, we make sure everyone knows everyone else and our families.

We have a training department dedicated to on-boarding our team members, ensuring we’re setting them up with the tools and resources they need to thrive the second they get started.
