McDivitt Law Firm $1,000 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to individuals who submit their full name and email address via the McDivitt Law Firm website during the contest period.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of McDivitt Law Firm and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
The contest opens at 10:00 AM (MT) on Saturday, May 24, 2025, and closes at 5:00 PM (MT) on Monday, May 26, 2025.
The contest will run during the Territory Days event over Memorial Day weekend.
3. Entry Method
- Participants must submit their name and email address via the designated contest form on the McDivitt Law Firm website.
- Submission of name and email address constitutes an entry for the drawing.
- By submitting your entry, you are agreeing to receive marketing emails from McDivitt Law Firm. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
- You do not need to be present to win.
5. Prize Details
- The winner will receive a $1,000 Amazon gift card.
- No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered.
- The prize is non-transferable.
6. Privacy
- Personal information collected (name and email) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and contacting the winner.
- If the entrant consents via the opt-in checkbox, their email may be used for future marketing communications from McDivitt Law Firm.
- McDivitt Law Firm will not share or sell personal information to third parties.
