Steven R. Earl comes to us from the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. He has also worked with the Arapahoe County District Court and the United States Department of Energy, and has held various other legal internships and assistantships. Mr. Earl joined McDivitt Law Firm as an associate, where he practices Social Security Disability law with an extremely high success rate in winning disability awards for his clients. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Colorado, the Federal District Court of Colorado, and Tenth United States Circuit Court of Appeals.

While attending law school at Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, Mr. Earl was the Staff editor of The University of Denver Water Law Review. He was also the vice president of the Land Use Law Society and the webmaster for the Environmental Law Society. In addition to those law school experiences, Mr. Earl authored numerous publications and received awards in the areas of environmental law.

In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, golf, chess, cooking, cycling, and all things outdoors. He has travelled extensively in China, Thailand, and North America, including work in five National Parks.
