Attorney Diane Bross earned her BA and BM degrees from Northwestern University. She graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School where she attended on scholarship and earned the distinction as a Dean's Merit Scholar. In law school she served as editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and as a tutor of civil procedure, constitutional law, torts and environmental law.

Prior to joining McDivitt Law Firm, Diane Bross worked in the torts division of the New York City corporate counsel’s office, as well as in the office of the Natural Resources Defense Counsel for New York. She also worked in the Environmental Law Bureau for the New York State Attorney General’s Office and subsequently as the case law editor for LexisNexis in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

At McDivitt Law Firm, she specializes in representing Social Security Disability claimants and has earned a reputation as one of Colorado’s most knowledgeable and successful Social Security Disability lawyers, representing those who have been denied disability at the initial stage of the application process.

She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR), and is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
