Community service plays an important role at McDivitt Law Firm. We've been involved with the Colorado community for many years, and we continue to give back to our neighbors through programs such as the Safe and Sober Free Ride Home initiative and our annual video public service announcement contest for local teens, among other missions. Helping others isn't an obligation—we genuinely care about our neighbors, and community service helps us continually foster our understanding of one another and our sense of compassion toward others.
Because of our commitment to helping others, we created McDivitt Makes A Difference—a comprehensive program that encompasses all our community service. McDivitt Makes A Difference is headed by our Director of Community Outreach Dr. Karen McDivitt, who works closely with others at the law firm to select new initiatives as well as assess the firm's involvement in existing projects.

As a result of our community involvement, we've been honored to receive awards from the Colorado State Patrol Pikes Peak Region DUI Task Force, the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving of Colorado.
Feb. 23: Martinis & Manicures
Join us as we participate in this fun event to benefit the American Heart Association. A $30 ticket gets you a cocktail, appetizer, dessert and mini-manicure.
February 11: AHA Heart Ball
We're sponsoring a table at the American Heart Association's Heart Ball on Saturday, Feb. 11 at The Broadmoor as well as sponsoring cab rides home for the ball and the Dancing After Dark post-event. Tickets are available for purchase on the AHA website.
March 17: Safe and Sober, St. Patrick's Day
We'll be offering our Safe and Sober program from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

April 12: SET Wine Tasting
Join us at this event to benefit SET Family Medical Clinics, which provides healthcare to low-income individuals and families. The wine tasting event will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at The Warehouse Restaurant & Gallery on West Cimarron Street.
June 2: AHA Heart Walk
