Man charged for Colorado Springs auto accident

KRDO-TV reported a 22-year-old man was charged with careless driving and hit and run after a Colorado Springs auto accident early Sunday morning.
The man caused a Colorado Springs car accident when he crashed his vehicle at the entrance of Cheyenne Autumn Townhouses and then fled the scene after bystanders pulled him out of the wreck.
A female passenger was taken to the local hospital with unknown injuries.
Police are continuing their investigation, and believe alcohol was a factor in causing the Colorado auto accident.
