Man charged for Colorado Springs auto accident

KRDO-TV reported a 22-year-old man was charged with careless driving and hit and run after a Colorado Springs auto accident early Sunday morning.

The man caused a Colorado Springs car accident when he crashed his vehicle at the entrance of Cheyenne Autumn Townhouses and then fled the scene after bystanders pulled him out of the wreck.

A female passenger was taken to the local hospital with unknown injuries.

Police are continuing their investigation, and believe alcohol was a factor in causing the Colorado auto accident.

Colorado Springs auto accident seriously injures man

KRDO-TV reported an unidentified man was involved in a Colorado Springs auto accident early Thursday morning.

The man was trying to turn onto the Interstate 25 entrance ramp off of Bijou when he crashed through a guardrail, causing the Colorado Springs car accident.

The SUV rolled and then landed upside-down on the Interstate as a result of the Colorado auto accident.

Police believe alcohol and speed were factors in causing the Colorado Springs car accident.
