Driver crashed into house in Colorado Springs auto accident

The Gazette reported a man was under the influence of alcohol on Monday night when he drove his pickup truck through several yards and then crashed into a house, causing a Colorado Springs auto accident.

An electrical box, a natural gas meter, as well one wall of the house, caved in as a result of the Colorado auto accident.

A female resident of the damaged house was home at the time of the Colorado Springs car accident, but was unhurt.

The driver who caused the Colorado Springs auto accident faced several charges, while several residents of nearby homes were evacuated due to the damaged electrical box and gas meter.

Huge elk herd killed in Colorado truck accident

A semi-truck collided into a herd of elk crossing Interstate 70 near Evergreen and caused a Colorado truck accident early Friday morning.

The semi-truck jackknifed and caused another car to overturn when it collided with the herd of elk in the Colorado auto accident.

There were no injuries, yet there were 16 elks killed in the Colorado truck accident.

The eastbound lanes were closed for about two hours as a result of the Colorado truck accident while highway workers and fire crews cleaned the roads.

Driver killed in Colorado truck accident

Daily Camera reported that a Colorado truck accident occurred on Saturday when a driver crashed his vehicle into a canyon wall.

The 41-year-old driver failed to follow the curve on Colorado 119 and crashed into the wall of a canyon causing the Colorado auto accident.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the Colorado truck accident.

Police are continuing their investigation on the Colorado truck accident, but it is believed that mechanical failure is a possible cause.

Teen killed in Colorado auto accident

Rocky Mountain News reported a 19-year-old female was killed in a Colorado auto accident on Sunday evening.

The teenage driver was driving her Honda Accord northbound on Colorado 9, when she lost control of her vehicle and spun into the other lanes. She was then broadsided by a Ford Explorer in the Colorado car accident.

The Colorado auto accident victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  The driver and passenger of the Ford Explorer were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police stated the roads were snow packed at the time of the Colorado auto accident and the teen driver was believed to be driving too fast for conditions.
