Denver police are investigating a three-car accident near Interstate 70 and Havana Street where a man fleeing the scene of the wreck returned, grabbed a backpack then tossed it in a nearby pond and left, according to The Denver Post.
Police responding to the accident found the man but said he didn’t have the backpack with him. Police are questions the man and say he was carrying marijuana.
The article reports there were no serious injuries.

A man is dead as a result of a Colorado truck accident on Friday morning, as reported by Denver Post.
The man was driving his truck on Interstate 70 when he slammed into the guard rail. The truck then jumped the rail, rolled down an embankment, and landed in the Colorado River.
