McDivitt Makes A Difference: Administrative Professionals Day

For the past two years, McDivitt Law Firm has donated nearly $5,000 to local Delta Epsilon Chi (DECA) Youth in Action students from Pine Creek High School to help further their competition against other DECA students in local, state, and national competitions.

Both groups from Pine Creek focused their projects on the dangers of drinking and driving and were judged on the activities they organized around that specific theme. In fact, 2008’s team placed nationally!

Delta Epsilon Chi (DECA) helps students develop skills for successful business careers, build self–esteem, experience leadership, and practice community service. DECA members create friendships with like–minded people from all over the world at career and leadership conferences while building resumes that move them to the top of the job and college application list.

Nearly 40 members of the personal injury lawyers firm, McDivitt Law, celebrated Administrative Professionals Day by having dinner at The Warehouse Restaurant. Director of Operations, and Elvis Presley fan, Cindy Sabbagh also was honored for being with the firm for 10 years and received a recognition plaque along with a collectible Elvis Jailhouse Rock telephone.
